Smart Control 4.0 is an innovative, automated, computerized system that enables fault finding and remote management of the elevator. The system, which is connected to the electrical control panel, has an internal display on which platform information and any ongoing faults are displayed. Any electrical damage is thus reported to the operator who is operating the elevator and remotely to a pc location. The ability for the elevator to perform a self-diagnosis allows for rapid detection of the fault and prompt action by the operator. Smart Control 4.0 makes it possible to analyze with dedicated reports, the hours and conditions of machine use so as to plan preventive maintenance activities.
