The innovative Smart Control 4.0 system allows detailed self-diagnosis by reporting faults both on the on-board PLC and on the remote pc, with clear indications of any fault on the display, thus ensuring the effectiveness of intervention in case of service. This system allows us to offer a PLAC with all the features required to fall under the National Industry 4.0 Plan.

Smart Control 4.0 is an innovative, automated, computerized system that allows for fault finding and remote management of the platform. The system, which is connected to the electrical control panel, features a display on which platform information and any ongoing faults are shown. Any electrical damage is thus reported to the operator who is operating the platform and remotely to a pc location. The ability for the platform to perform a self-diagnosis allows for rapid detection of the fault and prompt action by the operator. Smart Control 4.0 makes it possible to analyze with dedicated reports, the hours and conditions of machine use so as to plan preventive maintenance activities.
